Requirements

  • Modelo 790 Code 012 form

VisaMesa pre-fills the Modelo 790, Code 012 form using the information from your profile, so you can review it before printing and signing.

  • Print the form

Once the form is ready, download and print all copies of the Modelo 790 form. The bank will keep one copy and return the remaining stamped copies to you as proof of payment.

  • Pay at a Spanish bank

Take the printed forms to a bank in Spain that accepts government fee payments. Common banks where people usually pay this fee include: • CaixaBank • BBVA • Banco Santander • Banco Sabadell • Bankinter At the bank, give the printed Modelo 790 forms to the cashier, pay the fee using one of the payment methods accepted by the bank, and the bank will stamp your forms to confirm that the payment has been received.

  • Stamped payment receipt

After paying, the bank will return your stamped copy of the Modelo 790 form. Important: Keep this stamped receipt in a safe place. It is your official proof that you paid the government fee.
